My approach blends strong technical skill with a refined eye for detail, while making sure your experience feels relaxed, personal, and something you genuinely look forward to! CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect the time set aside for each service, the following policy is in place: We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% service charge • Appointments canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 100% of the service total • No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may result in a modification of your service or may require rescheduling. A late fee will apply. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
